I need to withdraw my student from ACS. Who do I contact?

We’re sad to see you go! Please contact Nicole Hamm in the administration office and she will walk you through this process.

Basically, once a student is enrolled at ACS, we need you give us a minimum of 30 days notice by email or letter that your child will be leaving ACS.  After that, tuition fee billings will stop. Adjustments or refunds of prepaid tuition fees will only be made for those paid fees that have not yet been receipted for donation purposes.

Once a new student has been registered at ACS,  you need to let us know by email or letter of your child not attending ACS by August 1 or one month’s tuition will be charged.
