Future Hoops

The ACS Future Hoops basketball clinic focuses on teaching fundamentals and enhancing skill development, including physical, technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the game and looking at excerpts from the book “Habits That Make a Champion.”

We are happy to have Level 2 NCCP Certified Coach and ACS Elementary PE teacher, Anna Redekop back to lead the program, who is a former USport athlete, and has extensive experience in coaching, including BC Provincial teams, senior basketball teams, and community club teams.  She will be assisted by several athletes from our own ACS Secondary basketball program.   

Our goal is to build on the fundamentals of basketball and grow the love of the game!

Elementary: 

Who: Students in grades 1-4 (max 40)
Cost: $125
When: Mondays/Wednesdays after school, 3:00 – 4:15 pm,  April 2 – May 7, 2025 (excluding Easter Monday)
Where: Elementary gym
