We will host parent/teacher conferences online using the Zoom platform on Monday, November 9 and Tuesday, November 10 from 4:15–8:30 pm.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are a valuable time for parents and teachers to discuss your child’s adjustment to his/her new classroom, what teachers have learned about your child and perhaps, most importantly, insights you can give to help the teacher know your child better. Please remember that this is a conference between parents and teachers only.
This year we are using Conference Manager to schedule our upcoming parent-teacher conferences. Unlike conferences in previous years, this round of conferences will be conducted virtually using Zoom to connect parents and teachers.
Bookings will open on Thursday, October 29, at 5:00 pm and close on Wednesday, November 4, at 10:00 pm.
When you book your conference(s), you will select the date and teacher(s) you wish to meet with and then choose from the time slots available. When completing a booking, please include the phone number at which you can best be reached during that time. This number may be called by the teacher, should the Zoom meeting fail to work. You will receive a confirmation email when your booking is complete, please read it carefully.
IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER: When your conference time arrives, please monitor your email—when the teacher is ready to start the conference an email will be sent. That email will include a meeting link that you will use to connect with the teacher.

The Conference Manager can be accessed by:
- Logging into PowerSchool at the following URL: https://acs.schoolsoft.com (be sure to have your “PowerSchool” log in information on hand).
- Select the Launch icon at the top right.
- Select the Conference Manager item.
IF the teacher’s conference times are already fully booked, please email the teacher directly in order to book an alternate time to meet that is mutually convenient.
